The thought occurred to me today, while eating breakfast at Zest, that since I enjoy so much what restaurants have to offer, I should document each experience to inform others of the good, the bad, and the ugly. If you step back and think about at a basic level the characteristics of a restaurant, the first thing you notice is the ambiance, the second service, and lastly the food. The restaurant has no control of who is sitting across the table from you.
